Daily & Weekly:

Rates are for two adults and two children. Additional guests 3 years or older $5.00 day.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival $20.00. Full deposit forfeited if not cancelled 7 days in advance.
Visitors of guests for pool use $5.00 per day.

Monthly:

Rates are for 2 adults. Each additional adult is $150.00 per month.
Children school age not permitted to stay beyond 30 days.

Electric: $100.00 deposit due at check-in. All meters are recorded on the 1st of each month and billed to the credit card on file.

Non Refundable Deposit:
Back-In – $100
Deluxe Back-In & Pull-Thru – $200.00

Pet Rules

• Pets are allowed (2 pets maximum) and must be under control on a leash not to exceed 6 feet in length. No aggressive or barking dogs will be allowed. Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse, pool area, laundry room or restrooms. Pets are NOT allowed unattended outside on ropes, chains or in cages or pens at your site. No fenced in areas are allowed. Pick up after your pets in all park areas, even parts still under construction.
